Colored Yorkies

 

Standard - Most standard, yorkie puppies are born with black and tan coats, although some might describe the colors as black and brown.  The proportion and location of each color will vary, typically, a pup will have a predominantly black coat with tan points on the tops and undersides of the ears, above the eyes, around the mouth, down the chest, and sometimes on the feet and tail.  As Yorkies become adults they will eventually settle into a blue and gold coat.

Parti -  Parti Yorkies usually have a tri-colored coat of black, white and tan, although blonde and chocolate Parti Yorkies also exist.

Merle -  Tricolor colors of white, blue, chocolate, red, or gold while the legs, chest and abdomen will be gold or tan.

Tweed Merle - Tricolor colors of (white, black, brown) all over body

The eyes are dark in color but can be green or blue.  Chocolates will have brown noses while others will have black noses.
